Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to confirmed lessons or piano service appointments with LJV Piano Services Ltd. Online requests are not paid bookings.
Cancellations
Lesson and tuning cancellations should be made within the timing stated in the confirmation. Late cancellations may be charged if teacher or technician time has been reserved.
Refunds
Prepaid unused lessons may be reviewed for credit or refund according to the confirmation terms. Completed lessons, completed tuning visits, and travel fees are generally not refundable.
Service access
If a technician or teacher cannot access the location due to incorrect information or building restrictions, a fee may apply.
