Requests and bookings
Form submissions are requests only. Lessons, tunings, and referrals require availability review and written confirmation before any appointment is booked.
Customer responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate student level, piano type, access details, stairs, parking, location, and any service conditions that may affect safety or timing.
Service limitations
Lesson progress, musical outcomes, instrument condition, and tuning stability depend on practice, environment, piano age, humidity, and other factors.
Limitation of liability
LJV Piano Services Ltd. is not liable for indirect damages, missed practice goals, third-party mover conduct, or conditions not disclosed before service.
